These are my sisters nails. These nails are easy to make. Grab a blue nail polish. Wipe both of the sides of so you just get 2/3rds of your nail painted. Then add more nail polish, this time just wipe one side of and leave the other side with polish, paint it on half of your nail. Then again do the same but this time on the tip. For the stars you need a toothpick, and small plastic stars, use the toothpick to pick up the stars with top coat and place them were you would like.
