Paint your nails silver nail polish.
When nail polish is dry, stick tape like on photo.
Paint it dark blue.
Wait until it dry and then stick off the tape from your nails, cover top coat.
On wet top coat put white pearl in the center of "X". Wait until it dry and you're done!
