I call this design "Tahiti" because I used Ulta 3's "Tahiti" which is a bright red for the background. I then painted the individuals using a black and white quick drying art pens ordered from Born Pretty Store. These pens gave me better control than a brush would as the petals of the flowers are small. I bought these pens when they were on sale but the Code : ANNG10 will give me 10% of regular priced items anyway.
