This year's top 12 are creating nail art interpreting the theme "Top 12." Mine is a nod to my own blossoming confidence in myself and how much I've already learned in the process of making the Top 12. My set uses CND Shellac, Vinylux, Retention+ L&P and acrylic paints to represent the fact that even the sky isn't the limit. The only thing that can really hold you back is yourself. It's cliché, but in this instance it's very fitting to say that what will affect my career and my passion in the long run is that this competition is about the journey, not the destination.
