First you need two color polish and booby pin or tooth pick.
Apply two coat of color on your nails and let them dry completely.
Pour few drops of color on plate or plastic sheet,bend the bobby pin to make it straight and dip the round end of bobby pin each time into the polish to make dots on nail .Make sure the dots are of similar size and wait for the dots to dry.
As i found these polish were taking long time to dry and causing the design to bloat so you to be careful of the amount of polish on the tip,with practice you can achieve even dots.
