when putting the feathers into gel...did you put it into the base coat? or cure 20 secs and then place feathers in?...or would you mind explaining the easiest process you've found of doing it...thanx

I used base coat and cured, the color and cured, then put feather on tacky layer applied top coat and cured, then 1 more layer of top coat and cured for 2 min. Hope that helps.
