Start with a layer of clear blooming gel over a black nail. do not cure.
Place 3 drop of white gel polish in a triangle formation and allow them to bloom. Using a clean fine brush drag through each bloomed dot making the veins and stem. Cure for 30 seconds.
Coat each bloomed shamrock with a thin layer of green glass gel. Cure for 30 seconds.
Press glitter into the tacky layer along the top and bottom edge. Coat with matte top coat and cure for 30 seconds.
