A purple neon base serves as a way for yellow, orange, pink and green non dots to “pop” from the surface of the nail. Each neon dot is accented by colored rhinestone, leads to a design that screams color and gets plenty of attention. It is girly and playful, loud and obnoxious, and yet somehow refined all at once!
Note: This design was taken off a photo in my old cell phone that is no longer in operation. The quality is not great but it is clear (but less vibrant than real life).
