I used Gelish polish for these nails. After you cure the basecoat, paint and cure two layers of black. Then take white and paint a thick chevron tip over the black.
Cover the white with different neon colours.
Add a second chevron tip about half way down in a different coloured neon over.
Use a striper brush to paint thin black lines between the two neon colours.
Add colourful studs in varying patterns in the black part of the nail. Top it off with a top coat and enjoy these nails under a blacklight!
