Start with a white base
Topcoat and zipper bag
Make topcoat areas on the bag and let it dry
Give the topcoat areas some different shades of blue and let it dry
Tweezers and scissors
Take a piece of your DIY nail foil with the tweezers and cut in any desired shapes: stripes, triangle, triangular shapes and random
Use a layer of topcoat as glue for the shapes and seal the design with another layer of topcoat. Clean up and DONE!
