the stripes are not all the way down You can see little gap at the end and then top coat over that place even every evening if you want to make it stay longer:) The purple is Avon Matte Shade Violette:):)

Didn't wear it for long so don't know about chipping but the colour is wow:)Have one in redish is great too:)
