Mariah Carey OPI Next Top Nail Artist

Start with prepped natural nails.  

Here I'm using Lavishly Loved by CND Vinylux and Good Morning Sunshine by Milani for my base colors. I'm using a Gold Glitter polish, White by Jordana, Locket Love by CND Vinylux, a baby blue by Nina Pro, Steel Glaze by CND Vinylux, and I mixed Cake Pop and Pink Bikini by CND Vinylux for the pink baby rattle.  

Paint 2 layers of Good Morning Sunshine by Milani on 2 nails and paint 2 coats of Lavishly Loved by CND on the rest of your nails.  

Apply gold glitter polish on Good Morning Sunshine and create an ombre effect on 2 of the Lavishly Loved nails on each hand.  

1. Put a couple drops of white polish in a pallet.\n2. Spray gently with 99% alcohol.\n3. Mix until it is thin and easy to work with.  

Cover the gold nails in Swarovski crystals. Paint two little butterflies holding a ribbon on one nail of each hand with white. With Locket Love by CND, paint the outline of a butterfly wing. Then with white again, paint lines for your music notes and baby rattles.  

Continue adding details. Blue and Pink to the rattles, wedding rings to the ribbon, music notes to the lines, and accents on the butterflies.  

Finish off the nails by strategically placiing swarvoski crystals along with rhinestones and finish off the wedding ring nail with some music notes.
