Polish nail in a color of your choice - it doesn't have to be neon yellow. Be Creative
Using any color nail polish of your choice and using your nail art brush paint the following arcs as seen above
Polish the tip of the nails in a color of your choice (it doesn't have to be black)
Draw arcs in the opposite direction and where the lines connect forming a triangle polish the inside. \n(As shown above)
Using your nail art brush, paint a few swirls as shown above
Lastly fill the blank space with a checkered print and add two neon studs of your choice as shown above
