To create this design I used a large dotting tool, a thin paint brush (from Micheal's craft store),and rhinestones (from Micheal's craft store). Colors used in this design are: Sinful colors' let's talk, Avon's black licorice, Avon's ASAP Pink, Avon's Seduce me Strawberry, China glaze's White on White.
