Begin with a thin coat of white gel polish.  It does not have to be perfect coverage because most of it will be covered.  Plus, this will keep the nails nice and thin.

Use your artistic skills to paint some wild colorful designs up by the cuticle area.

Next use clear gel polish to add glitter on top of the artwork.  Encapsulate the art with clear gel topcoat and cure.

Remove the inhibition layer, and slightly buff the nails.  Use black acrylic paint to determine where the folds will be in the artwork.

Next paint in the folds with a light grey acrylic paint.  Use a coat of white gel polish on the lower half of the nails, and follow with a matte gel top coat.  Use a glossy gel topcoat on the top of the nails over the artwork.
