This was done to celebrate the Indian spring harvest festival, Holi. Featuring a no-mess splatter, done with stamping. I used the splatter design from BM 416, placing different colours over different sections of the design, and overlap stamping. The water-coloury effect was achieved by using polishes that weren't too opaque.
