Start with a creme base. I used Julep Millie. Although I used a blue theme, red and/or pink would be a more typical Valentine color scheme.
Apply a shimmer or metallic using the saran wrap method.
Stamp with LLC-B with a copper and enlarge the hearts. I used Revlon Copper Penny. Alternately, randomly add hearts and vines freehand.
Fill the hearts with a teal polish, making sure that you leave a border of copper. I used Butter London Two Fingered Salute, a copper flecked teal, perfect for this look. It is important to top coat at this point as the final detail will be textured.
Finally fill the hearts with a blue textured polish. I used Finger Paints Sparkle in the Sky, but OPI Alcatraz Rocks out fit the bill too.
