Apply 2 coats of white gel polish and cure each layer. Apply small amounts of Lecenté neon effect powders directly onto the cured gel polish.
Decant a small amount of IPA into a pot. Use the Lecenté D3 brushed dipped into IPA and blend the neons on the nail together.
Mix Lecenté Snakebite (pink) neon effect powder with a little bit of IPA to make a water colour paint consistency. Use the Lecenté S1 brush and the colour paint to draw fine lines to create the marble like finish.
Top coat, cure and remove top film.
