Apply base coat then paint your nails bright orange and metallic orange
Paint the tips choosing a metallic polish over the neon one and keep doing the same inverting colors
Apply black nail polish over the peace sign on the stamping plate
Scrap all the polish off using a scraper or a plastic car
Pick up the design with a stamper
Apply the image over your nail with a rolling motion effect
Add some rhombus glitter randomly
