Apply base coat then paint your thumb and accent nails in holo polish, for the rest apply a red nail polish
Cut 2 the water decals
Remove the plastic film and place it into a bowl with water for 20-30 seconds
Apply it over the holo polish
over the red nails, apply a coat of top coat
Sprinkle fine square glitter
Using a fan brush, remove the excess
Apply top coat to all nails and that's it! ^__^
