Start off with the base coat, paint your thumb, index and pinky nails with a natural color
So first pick up the water decal and cut the pieces you're going to use with small scissors, peel the plastic film off and you could cut it now or later according to your nail size, place the decal into a bowl with water, leave it there for 20 to 30 seconds
Next remove the excess of water using a q-tip or a paper towel and apply it over the nail, remove wrinkles and cut the excess according to your nails shape
Apply top coat to fix the water decal in place and make sure to secure it on the tips
Paint your middle and accent nails with a lilac nail polish
Using brown acrylic paint, create branches like so
Create the owl's body with pink acrylic paint, draw some ears as shown and paint some green leaves over the branches
Create the base for the eyes in white, add some black, draw the wings with a reddish paint on the sides, paint 2 little white dots to finish the eyes
Create the owl's beak in yellow, draw 3 hearts for the body
Finish off with a good top coat, to seal and protect your design
