This look was achieved using "Silver Spectrum" holographic nail foil from DollarNailArt.com. Still haven't mastered the foiling technique yet but I'm getting better. It's hard finding a topcoat that wont make the foil crinkle after being applied. I would recommend a silver undercoat prior to the foil to help hide any flaws (as you can tell, I skipped this step). But I have to say, I love the holographic effect. It has a very shiny, reflective, rainbow sparkle in the light.
