Starting with a white base I added two coats of "Tempest" on my index and pinky, then added "Frenzy" a glitter topper also from Sinfulcolors (holding in photo) WaterMarble is a white base with Tempest, Endless Blue and Enchanted. Frenzy inside of petals all topped with Seche Vite
