I used this great product I bought off of eBay. It has a tiny nib for small details. Put another coat of clear over and wait to dry.

Using my dotting tool I 'framed' the nail ..and added some pyramids on the 'camel' nail.

Carefully remove your icons off the plastic ,apply on nail with a thin coat of clear and press down.

I added the camel directly on the nail. You can do all of your pictures right on the nail if you'd like.

I made some designs on plastic before, but always by hand, never thought about copying it from a print, which is much more easy of course. Thanks for this handy tip!
