Prep and apply tip to nail. Using any medium you prefer, encase foil and sequins inside.
Drill a hole on the right corner of the tip.
Create the ribbon swirls for the color plume using white acrylic on a piece of foil. When they're dry, carefully peel off of the foil.
Apply a medium wet ball of acrylic to the center of the nail. Before the acrylic sets, place a few crystals on top and push toward each other. Try to create a triangle open at the bottom of the crystal bridge for the ends of the ribbon swirls.
One at a time, Put a drop of resin on each end of a ribbon swirl and glue to the base of the crystal cluster.
Using a rainbow of colors, paint each ribbon swirl to create the feathery plume. While still wet, sprinkle an iridescent sparkle on top.
Glue a short piece of ball chain to a round crystal. Place a drop of glue on the other end of the chain and feed the end through the drilled hole. Wait a few moments for the glue to dry.
The Mystery of Our Future will be colorful & bright :D
