apply two coats of plain polish
Add big size dots to ur ring finger nd thumb
Join the dots with smaller dots in this manner also apply matt top coat to ur pointer finger nd pinky finger and glossy top coat on the yellow design..
Place studs of ur choice on the matt top coated fingers
Prepare ur index finger for the design by applying tapes...then apply matt top coat nd remove the tapes with tweezers..thats it!!!!
