I grew up in the 80's in the Soviet Union during the period of"Perestroika" and "Glasnost", when we were finally exposed to the West and all the culture it had to offer at the time. My design is inspired by the symbols, images and colours I remember experiencing through those exciting and chaotic years.

#1 Apply Amore Neon Yellow, Neon Orange and Neon Pink gels. Fade them, cure.

#3 Apply Amore Neon Green gel in the centre, fade it outwards, cure, cleanse. Using acrylic paint start drawing the cassette.

#8 ...Black gel lenses and purple frames, cure. Using acrylic paint draw a foundation for Tetris on the bottom, finish sunglasses by shaping them with an e-file, and shape the cube.

#9 Add the Blue gel mixture to the "8", cure. Glue on the cube and using acrylic paint colour it, add details to the cassette, Tetris, and lightning bolts. Cover everything with Quick gel Seal, cure.
