Pink base is Ciate- Kiss chase. I made my own sheer black by mixing some black in clear top coat. I used black polish and fine brush to draw a 'frame' all around nail. I stamped image from Uber Chic 1-01 with Konad special black polish. I also stamped single squiggly line on pink to tie in look, and added couple of black studs.
