Rounded natural nails. Light to dark color gradient. I choose black as the base coat which begins at the nail's base . Choosing a metallic slate grey polish to create the gradient effect. About the middle of the nail sparsely blot the grey polish overt the black. As you move towards the tip increase the saturation of the grey fully covering the black and the hue of the grey polish. Add glitter on tip to create illusion of a lighter color make a more intense gradient
