To create this I used: Colorclub Nail Lacquer 'What a Shock!', Sally Hansen 'Lava', Maybelline New York 'Twilight Rays', absolutely gorgeous swirly nail vinyls from Pueen Cosmetics NV15, Urban Nail Art UNA 'Speed Up' top coat, Mont Marte brush and Liquid Latex for clean up.
