Paint entire tip white and begin rough outline of watch face.
Paint larger watch face shapes in orange and black first, working inside of outline.
Add finer neon details and smaller shapes to watch face.
Add hands and small details. Paint straps on the top and bottom of watch face outline. Sharpen up areas where lines and shapes intersect with a small detail brush.
Roll a small strip of foil around a thin orangewood stick. Remove carefully to retain shape.

As acrylic sets up, run a wet brush back and forth to stretch acrylic into a thin, round shape. Roll acrylic back and forth to work out any rough edges.
Trim cured acrylic into five smaller pieces to fit your watch face. Join with small beads of clear acrylic. Once cured, paint entire watch guard with glow-in-the-dark polish.
Lightly press down into top coat. If extra security is desired, use brush-on nail glue to adhere.
