Base Coat; OPI black background polish, 2 coats, acrylic paint for Frank; top coat. You can just see the little castle on my right thumb at the extreme edge...with lightening bolt! Frank has been on my thumbs now for 2 and 1/2 weeks and still looking good and getting lots of compliments!
