For this design you'll need three colors of your choice. You'll also need a white color to make the colors pop, a black striper, spunge, base and top coat.
First, apply base coat to protect your nails, then paint them white, to make the other colors more vibrant.
On top of the white paint the neon yellow. (or the color of your choice)
Put some of the blue polish on a spunge.
Then apply it to 1/3 of the nail.
Repeat the same step with the pink color.
Take the black striper and start decorating the nail.
I put a flower on the top pf the nail and some swirls around.
Then I added some dots. The design is entirely up to you.
Apply the top coat and your nail art design is ready! :)
