Start by putting base coat on your nails and painting the whole nail green. I didn't have the right color so I used the one I had.
With white nail polish paint a big dot for his eye and paint the shape of his mouth.
Next outline the mouth and paint his teeth. Outline the eye and make an eyelid with the black.
In the middle of the big white dot put a smaller one in black.
Around the black dot put another green for his eye color and then outline it.
