A holographic blue gradient effect serves as a base for several clear rhinestones in numerous sizes that are situated in random patterns around each nail. This design is perfect for manicures and pedicures at any time of the year and when it is in sunlight it glimmers like sapphires and diamonds.
Note: This design was taken off a photo in my old cell phone that is no longer in operation. The quality if not great but it is clear and it saves me time from re-doing the design.
