Cover nails with yellow neon gel in 2 very thin layers, full cure each layer. Add third thin layer of yellow and put neon pink on free edges like for french. Use thin soft brush and make gently strokes like flames from free edge up to half of nail bed, freeze each nail in UV lamp. Repeat for all nails and full cure. If you need add more pink just on free edges for color intensity. Shape and gently buff nails. Use black acrylic paint and draw flames. Seal with UV top coat and cure.
You can use and try with different colors.
