paint 2 layer color coat for the base
use a white color to paint the snow
add iridescent glitter to the base color and cover the whole nail with matte top coat
use dark green and white acrylic paint and start building up the tree with small one stroke steps
add more layers to the design
paint white snowflakes to the background
add colorful dots to the tree
when the paint is dry, use a non wipe top coat to make the design shiny. Done!
