Apply base coat then paint your nails using a holo polish as shown
Apply a pearl bow
Add some holo hearts over the half moon and repeat this design for the accent nail
Using a flat brush, pick up red and white paints for the one stroke technique
Create 3 petals as shown
Outline the petals using black acrylic paint and a striper brush
Add some dots next to the flower
Apply a round orange rhinestone in the flower's center
