WaterMarble using all "Look Nail Color" polishes. Start with their strengthening Basecoat and apply two coats of "White" build your bullseye in the water using "Midnight" & "Creme" both pictured. After creating Your bullseye, drag your design and dip your ring finger and middle finger (individually or together, your preference) on the edge part of your design. I have tutorials on IG or YouTube (@mynailescape) remove finger, clean and add topcoat
