They are called watercolor pencils . Pretty much put out based on the lilac colored gel becomes opaque , use these pencils drawing on \\ ' nail I drew the lines with dark purple and fuchsia always side by side with the pencil after using a brush with the wee bit of water and damp and fade the drawing . Then you do dry \\ 's air and stretch the gel safely here's the finished decoration
