I used neon colors ..after putting 2 coats of the neon yellow take tape and make your angels of the half way dot and just start dotting and get different sized dotters (optional)..and dot half way on each angel u made on the onsite side and u can get these dotters anywhere I just got mine from 5 below Enjoy!😘
