You will need base coat, top coat, white, black, neon & striper paints. brush & foil sequin dots. Apply base coat to nail.
Paint entire nail with a white polish. Begin drawing with black paint creating the shoulder and neck
Next paint the eyebrow in the center of the nail. Work out toward the hairline. Add triangles at the top of the nail.
Draw a few vertical curved lines in the background.
Paint lines in opposite direction up to top of nail as shown.
To create the checker board, fill in every other box with a darker neon paint. With a lighter color, fill in the remaning boxes. Draw the MTV tattoo & color in triangles.
Apply a little base coat to the left corner. Place a few foil dots along the top lines. Outline the tattoo with black paint.
Color in the left corner to fill up the background. Finish & protect your artwork with a shiny top coat.
