Begin with two cured coats of black gel polish, followed by one coat of Bloom Gel. Prior to curing, pair a detail brush with a white gel polish to form a rose design at the lower side of the nail. Once cured, add detailing with a highly pigmented white gel polish and cure.
Top the nail with one coat of blue Glass Gel, and cure.
Cover the nail with one coat of Cat Eye Gel polish in Red-Blue. Using a circular magnet, hover over the rose to push the magnetic pigments away from the rose to allow for a cat eye frame. Apply a gel top coat, cure, and cleanse the inhibition layer.
To complete the design, create a scroll pattern in the opposing upper corner using a detail brush and Pop-up Gel. Prior to curing, tap glitters over the top and cure. Brush off excess glitters.
