This experiment turned out to be a nice surprise! Very simple, elegant. Could be nice for a wedding or even for a child.
I used plate BM-201 (Bundle monster)
I used a generic white polish I had laying around for the flowers. I think it came from a french nail kit I bought years ago.
The dots are China Glaze 843 Millennium. I used a toothpick to apply them.
