This copy of Vincent Van Gogh's "Starry Night" was done entirely in nail polish.
I used Orly Star Of Bombay for the base and then painted the details with a mixture of blues, yellows, black and white. I used a 1mm oval paintbrush and sealed with a coat of Seche Vite.
