Pablo Picasso would have had his 134th birthday on October 25, 2015. To celebrate this event, Nails Magazine, along with this weeks NTNA sponsor, China Glaze, asked us to create an artful set inspired by this birthday boy. This is a hand painted challenge utilizing only nail polish and acrylic paint.
