Things you'll need.
Plate M74 from The Born Pretty Store.
Prep your nails. Then add color to your nails!!
Catch the image with the stamper.
Paint the flowers on the stamper and let dry.
When the flower's are dry cover the image with top coat and let it dry.
Then slowly remove the image from the stamper with tweezers and apply to your nail... When satisfied apply your top base and cover your entire nail and you will notice the excess kinda melt down, then you remove the excess with tweezers or q-tips with acetone. And your done!
