since it's winter and all, and that my hands and nails are really suffering from the icy weather we're having recently by my place, i decided to try for a frosty-ish look
I used a cheap opaque white polish on which i gently layered a very fluid shiny blue polish and i topped it off with lovely blue iridescent glitters!
