This is a base acrylic. I then polished the tip with Sally Hansen's HD "03 Pixel Pretty". Next, I polished the entire nail with NK Nail Enamel "065 Magical", which is a very subdued blue glitter giving the illusion of sparkling water. I used Clean Color Nail Laquer "33 Starry Blue" and with an orange stick tip, I individually positioned the glitter on the nail and sealed it with a clear fast drying top coat. Thanks for viewing!
