I had a lot of fun with this design! For the dots, similar to my last design, I used toothpicks! For the real base coat, I used the More Than Magic Polish in the shade “Bold Blue Raspberry.” For the white dots, I used the More Than Magic Polish in the shade “Snowy Smash.” Enjoy!
